Our aim is always to help people manage their condition independently. The body does an amazing job of healing itself to the best of its ability. Sometimes the body needs a little helping hand to ensure you heal in the best way possible. The earlier you see a physiotherapist following an injury the less likely you are to develop more long term problems. So book in now!

ASSESSMENT & DIAGNOSIS

Lucy takes the time to understand the root of your problem in order to provide the best and most effective treatment. Through her years of experience, she can accurately diagnose your problem and implement a tailored treatment program to help you get back to your previous self (or better!).

TREATMENT

At O Physio we hear your story and take a detailed history. To that end we create an individualised, functional treatment plan together with you.
The harsh reality - you need to do your bit too! Often getting better requires hard work on your part but rest assured that O Physio is there to help you every step of the way and it WILL be worth it.

PRICING

Please be aware that prices will be increasing from September 2025 .

Prices September 2025 onwards:

£65.00 - Initial assessment and treatment. 60 mins.

£58.00 - 45-60 minute follow up appt.

£35.00 - 30 minute follow up.

Home visit - I cannot currently offer home visits due to lack of resources

Health insurance policies -
O Physio is a recognised provider for the following insurance companies:
AXA PPP and WPA health insurance policies.

I no longer accept Bupa clients

Please have your membership number and authorisation number to hand. You must have prior authorisation from your insurance provider before physiotherapy treatment can start.

Please be aware that if you have excess to pay you will need to pay your healthcare provider the excess amount over the first few treatments and not your insurer
